What do I need to apply?

When applying online, you will need the following information:

First and last name
Email address and contact information
Current residence information
SSN
Income information

Will The HVAC Leasing Company be using my bank information to auto-draft payments from my account?

Payments will be made by EFT through your checking or savings account.

What if I can no longer afford my payments?

We understand that unexpected situations can occur that may delay or prevent you from being able to make your payments. If you find yourself in a similar situation, please contact our office to discuss payment options.

What is meant by "no credit needed?"

"No Credit Needed" means that you do not need to have an established credit history or perfect credit to be approved. We do check your credit history, but consider many data points during the approval process.

Is this a hard or soft pull on my credit?

Only soft inquiries will be made to the credit bureaus (Transunion, Experian, and Equifax).

Does my furnace or A/C come with a warranty?
